Zobec Management - Who we are

Established in 1969, Zobec Management was incorporated as a limited liability company in January 1979. Zobec is a management firm organized and owned by Bermudians, with a clientele made up of international and local individuals and companies.

During the past 29 years, Zobec has grown from a two person company with a handful of private clients, to a thriving management company supported by a team of eleven dedicated employees. This multi-faceted group of professionals brings a wealth of practical and technical expertise. Previous employment backgrounds vary from accounting, education and retail to corporate secretarial, finance and real estate. The Zobec team are members of Bermudian, British and Canadian accounting bodies, enabling staff to stay abreast of current developments.

Initially, Zobec provided accounting services. As the client base expanded, so did the product which now includes Fund Valuations, Management Accounting and Data Processing, Investment Portfolio Management, Cash Management, Cash Flow Analysis, Corporate Secretarial Services and Trust and Nominee Services. Zobec is proud of the broad range of services on offer.

To broaden the scope and range of services, Zobec has established mutually beneficial relationships with law firms, financial institutions and international accounting firms both in Bermuda and around the world.
